E-J in the Music Room II

Royal Pavilion

This photograph of E-J, one of the participants in QueenSpark's Brighton Trans*formed book (about the city's transgender population), was taken in the Music Room of the Royal Pavilion which he describes as "an extraordinary place with an incredible collection and extremely informed staff". His own ambition is to establish a Museum of Transology, an exploration of trans people's lives through dress and objects. To read more about his aspirations, click here.
