A Unique Collection

This collection is a 'People's History' of Brighton & Hove, featuring historic and contemporary images submitted to QueenSpark. Contributors include professional and amateur photographers, and those who like to share their personal and family photographs.

Check out Fragments of the past, a set of photographs taken by local resident, David Sawyers over three decades. They all show fragments of signs advertising businesses that used to operate in Brighton. The photographs are a delight if you are interested in old typography.
